Return and Refund Policy

GENERAL Returns and Refunds Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.


RETURNS 


Perishable goods, including chocolate and other foods, are exempt from being returned.


Other items sold on our site, such as the Drakenstein APD products, must be returned unused and in the same condition to be eligible for a return and exchange. The product must also be in the original packaging. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


EXCHANGES


 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange something for the same item, please send us an email to orders@devillierschocolate.com and return your item to: De Villiers Chocolate Pty Ltd, P.O. Box 583, Paarl, Western Cape, 7624, South Africa. 


REFUNDS 


 We do not offer refunds on purchases but you are welcome to request an exchange for any defective products. Please see our Returns section on how to go about this. 


 SHIPPING ON RETURNED ITEMS


To return your product, you should mail your product to: De Villiers Chocolate Pty Ltd, P.O. Box 583, Paarl, Western Cape, 7624, South AfricaYou will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


 If you are shipping an item that is worth more than R100, we advise that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
